• Engage with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the Ready Time & Labor (TLM) Application
• Lead detailed discovery sessions with customers to determine requirements and success criteria
• Adhere to UKG Ready implementation methodology
• Demonstrate confidence and business acumen
• Leverage your consulting experience to recommend industry best practices and lead the customer’s implementation toward the best design and solution that meets their business goals
• Utilize your technical aptitude to configure our software solution to satisfy business requirements
• Conduct build review sessions with customer and develop pre-deployment customer test program
• Ensure final go-live is seamless, obtain customer sign-offs and ensure high CSAT scores
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features, functionality and new releases
• Act as the subject matter expert and thought leader in the product area assigned
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementations, upgrades, and change order projects
• Drive consistency into UKG Ready delivery practices by leveraging implementation and consulting experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization
• Provide significant transfer of UKG Ready product knowledge to UKG Ready customer


• 2 plus years of customer facing enterprise software implementation experience - ERP, CRM or other mission-critical SaaS software working with complex/strategic clients
• Demonstrated consulting experience leading highly complex customer facing software implementations in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and consulting skills and experience mentoring other team members
• Experience implementing Time & Labor (TLM) software a plus
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proven ability to configure software preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
