Description

The Integration Manager will lead a team of integration engineers responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing enterprise-wide data exchange & ETL solutions. In addition, under your direct leadership, the team will be responsible providing input to the future Enterprise Integration roadmap, ensuring that all solutions are flexible and scalable for evolving business needs. Working in conjunction with other IT Managers you will be accountable for ensuring technical and process integration along with collaboratively evaluating and evolving existing solution standards and IT processes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide overall management of the integration development center of expertise and remain current with integration tools, technology and leading practices
• Manage a team of 5 – 6 integration engineers
• Motivate team members to achieve team and individual goals
• Create an environment that enables peak performance from team members
• Primary escalation point for resource, work assignment, solution and/or technical issues
• Establish and enforce solution, development and deployment standards
• Ensure solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, solutions and process areas
• Ensure all integration solutions support long-term Corporate goals while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Participate in the work intake process
• Provide input to the IT portfolio and roadmap
• Ensure all IT process standards are followed
• Proactively recommend improvements for internal IT processes
• Provide leadership to the Data and Application Integration team by developing and communicating middleware based integration architecture, strategies, guidelines and standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 5 years of hands-on experience with large-scale projects involving implementation of integration solutions with major integration platforms such as Informatica Cloud, Informatica PowerCenter, Dell Boomi, WebMethods
• Technical experience in integration patterns, SOA governance, and information modeling that pertains to integration
• Demonstrated understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Management and Business Intelligence concepts
• Well established in knowledge of cloud integration (iPaaS), service enablement (API), the data integration disciplines of messaging (ESB) for real-time data propagation, service oriented architecture (SOA) for information sharing, and extract, transfer and load (ETL) for data staging and movement.
• Experience working with SaaS based products and technologies like SOAP, REST & XML is required.
• Demonstrated ability to define and enforce integration standards
• Proven track record of working successfully in a complex, highly integrated environment
• Experience leading a team of internal and external resources both onsite and in remote locations
• Extensive leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience operating in a cloud/on-premise hybrid IT landscape
• Ability to build collaborative relationships among many diverse groups, working in various time zones, who are pursuing disparate goals – including Kronos upper management
• Thorough understanding of one or more of the following IT methodologies:
o Waterfall
o SDLC
o Agile
o ITIL
