The Sr. Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop KPIs, dashboards and “intelligent reporting” that inform our end-to-end HR strategy (attract/select, develop, manage, engage, retain). - Do specific benefits impact employee retention?
- How do new hire pay trends compare to current employee base – where is there future compression risk?
- Do employee referrals stay longer and perform better?
- What are the unique engagement drivers for different employee segments/demographics?
