Description

You will be responsible for driving best practices and programs as it applies to the Kronos employee life cycle across Latin America. The HR Business Partner must be a solution oriented, hands on HR professional responsible for success of all people related initiatives across LATAM. You will provide full-service HR business partner support to client groups in close collaboration with global HR Directors and HR Centers of Excellence. This position is also responsible for participating in global initiatives that will support Kronos’ continued focus on being a Great Place To Work.

Responsibilities:
• You will partner, strategize, advise and influence the management team, including VP-level on all aspects of people management and leadership
• Provide tactical and strategic HR consulting to Kronos’ LATAM organization
• You will contribute to and lead a One HR mentality throughout the region and globally
• Manage the HR performance management and business processes that drive results and build capabilities
• Drive Talent Management programs throughout client group for optimal adoption and impact
• Establish, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of all HR programs
• Identify the talent gaps and development needs of the client group, its managers, key individuals, and people in key positions with a strong focus on integration, organizational development and change management then create and execute the employee development road map for FY19 and beyond
• Ensure high quality delivery of employee programs and solutions by the HRBP and HRSS teams
• Lead employee relations coaching and partner with leaders to ensure performance management and feedback are being delivered
• Continue to build exceptional HR business partnering capabilities that contribute to company performance and ensures that Kronos continues to be a place where great people work
• Assist Talent Acquisition with recruitment efforts as needed including (but not limited to) coordinating interviews, interviewing, creation of contracts etc.
• Assist local management in the creation of a consistent, scalable, on-boarding process and program
• Manage all aspects of the exit/termination process including correspondence with internal and external counsel

Qualifications

•Minimum of 5+ years experience in an HRBP role, with a broad depth of experience in organizational design, management coaching, team building, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR program implementation
•Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization
•Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change
•Software industry experience preferred
•Undergraduate degree required
•Must be willing to US Corporate headquarters 2X per year
•Must have strong oral and written English communication skills
