Position involves managing several sales executives, coordinating sales, pre-sales, contract negotiations, administrative and marketing functions within the region. Lead the Sales Executives managing named healthcare vertical accounts over 5250 employees primarily located in the western half of the United States in Healthcare vertical to maximize sales revenue and exceed annual profitability goals. Responsibilities involve managing regional profit and loss activity by maintaining desired profit margins, sales and spending budgets with a team quota in excess of $13 million in new annual reoccurring revenue.

Responsible for hiring, training, managing, motivating and developing a team of high quality, success-oriented sales executives. Monitoring the activity of the sales team in order to achieve maximum potential for selling Kronos products SaaS, license software, hardware and services. Conduct meetings with sales representatives to manage pipeline activity, provide product and industry mentoring, assess sales strategies, review accounts and ensure maximum revenue growth of all Kronos products. Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity and quota attainment as well as, be skilled in accurately forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream.

In this role, you will represent Kronos in the resolution of business issues within the Healthcare vertical that are of significant impact to the organization and be responsible for administering all corporate and regional policies and procedures, while driving results. You must possess the ability to attract, staff and retain employees in your region as dictated by the staffing plans. Strong ability to lead, motivate and grow team to their fullest contributions. Travel and attendance at corporate functions as required.


- Successful demonstrated track record of managing sales executives, driving process, results, & sales enablement through a sales organization.
- Strong leadership qualities and at least 5 years’ experience managing a winning team of sales executives focused on selling software solutions at the C level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering strongly preferred.
- Experience with commercially available selling methodology and system desired.
- 10+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience selling or leading a team selling Enterprise Level SaaS WFM or HCM software
- Willing to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of complex software development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong work ethics and operate with a high level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to self and others
- 50% travel expected
