Description

This position will work with territory Healthcare Sales Executives to identify and close Scheduling, Workload Management (i.e, OptiLink Acuity, real time staffing) and productivity management opportunities.  The successful candidate should have relevant clinical credentials and practical working experience in Healthcare.  This position will be the primary voice of Kronos to the clinical audience that purchase Workforce Management systems.   The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend the Kronos solutions that will solve their business and clinical workforce issues. This position requires significant travel in a defined geographic area of the country.

• Works with Territory Healthcare Sales Executives to identify and closes
opportunities
• Creates and communicates the value of Kronos solution with prospects and clients
• Qualifies account opportunities
• Manage pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
• Identifies and creates business needs with senior clinical executive decision makers
• Builds relationships at all levels within organizations clinical staff
• Develops account strategies to effectively position Kronos for Healthcare Solutions
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present a business case to the finance team for financial support of change of FTEs or equipment purchase
• Meet assigned quota for the Kronos for Healthcare suite

• Able to prepare for emerging customer needs
• Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities
• Determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way
• Use goals to guide actions and create and execute detailed action plans

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nursing license in at least one State
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree as a minimum, Masters in Nursing, Administration or Business preferred
• Affiliation with a healthcare professional organization desirable – ANA, AONE, ANCC or any specialty organization
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare management position, Director level or above preferred
• Experience as a hiring manager responsible for interviewing, selection and on-boarding new employees
• Experience in unit level budget development inclusive of FTE distribution
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to success on a focused project
• Demonstrated ability verbally express a cogent or convincing argument in a compelling manner
• Demonstrated ability to express thoughts in a written format that is organized, logical, descriptive and instructional
• Experience in Information Technology implementation – CPOE, EMR, Staff Scheduling, ADT etc.. (this experience can be as a team lead, liaison, or project manager)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office: EXCEL, Power Point
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership on current healthcare industry issues, challenges and opportunities
• Ability and interest in finding satisfaction in supporting the success of others.
