The HRIS Analyst, will be responsible for system administration support of the Kronos Human Capital Management System (HCM) in addition to other systems that support HR deliverables. This individual will serve as a point-of-contact for HR technical support and assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. In addition, this position plays a key role in assisting with the development, testing, implementation of new HR products.

•Maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data
•Regularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessary
•Liaise with other departments and outside entities on integration of systems to reduce duplication and drive automation of information flow
•Participate in Department's implementation and integration of new systems as needed.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the HR Department, providing expert functional and technical support to the organization in the use and maintenance of HR system(s)
•Managing and responding to HR ServiceNow requests (reporting and troubleshooting issues)
•Combine HR knowledge with information retrieval skills to create, maintain, and execute regularly-scheduled and ad hoc reports that contribute to analysis, decision-making, and compliance
•Develop, maintain, and communicate user documentation, training materials, guidelines, and information on system updates and changes.
•Partner with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects, and other inter-departmental initiatives
•Managing and responding to HR ServiceNow requests (reporting and troubleshooting issues)


•2-3+ yrs of HRIS experience is required
•Experience in various HR products is preferred
•Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
•Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software
•Effective communication and writing skills
•Excel skills required
