The HRIS Analyst, will be mainly responsible for the system administration of the Kronos Talent Management System, (Cornerstone) in addition to other systems that support HR deliverables. This individual will serve as a consultant partner for our internal Talent Management team and will partner with them on requirements, configuration, testing and technical support for all Employee Performance initiatives.

Responsibilities:
•Maintain current performance management system, Cornerstone (performance, succession, and goal planning); and internal employee portal through testing and enhancements.
•Support employee experience initiatives as needed.
•Serve as a guide and partner for talent management to identify and implement technical solutions that fit with the overall Kronos talent management strategy
•Create/maintain documentation of systems requirements, business processes, application configurations, test plans, and end-user documentation.
Secondary
•Launch trainings using Cornerstone LMS for the Human Resources Department and help maintain HR Course Content
•Maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data
•Regularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessary
•Liaise with other departments and outside entities on integration of systems to reduce duplication and drive automation of information flow
•Participate in Department's implementation and integration of new systems as needed.
•Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the HR Department, providing expert functional and technical support to the organization in the use and maintenance of HR system(s)
•Managing and responding to HR ServiceNow requests (reporting and troubleshooting issues)
•Partner with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects, and other inter-departmental initiatives as needed
•Managing and responding to HR ServiceNow requests as it relates to the performance management system (reporting and troubleshooting issues)

Qualifications

Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5+ years’ experience in similar HRIS and/or IT function.
•Prior knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Performance or another Performance Management System
•Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analytics skills with demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop/implement new or streamlined workflows.
•Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
•Experience in various HR products is preferred
•Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
•Effective communication and writing skills
•Project management skills- capable of overseeing a project from end-to-end including intake, analysis, testing, planning, communication and roll out with the ability to influence without authority to successfully roll out cross functionally
