Description

• Workforce Management – attendance, absenteeism, scheduling and shift coverage
• Manage daily HR Operations which would include
o Allocation of work & processes
o Review of daily work
o Closure of requests within agreed SLA
• Manage escalations in the daily operational processes
• Create metrics. Review the same, tracking & reporting on a regular basis (volume & quality)
• Maintain process documents, ensure they are updated regularly
• Continuously look at improving processes and improving efficiency & effectiveness
• Train new team members as well as existing ones cross functionally
• Acts as a true team player to assist others to ensure communicated timelines are met and work collaboratively with all stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of work experience; with at least 2 years of managing People and Operations
• Knowledge of HR Domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated individual with extreme attention to details
• Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
