The HR Shared Services team is responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle operations for HR across APAC, EMEA and US.
The focus for this team is to ensure a great employee experience from an operational perspective.

• Own end to end HR processes assigned like – onboarding, separation, leave tracking, letter generation, payroll audit, data updating, record maintenance etc.
• Support HRBP team as and when required
• Documentation of processes, FAQ’s for Shared service, Sharepoint maintenance, chatter group
• Subject Matter Expert on Shared services practices, ability to train and quality check
• Administrative support as and when required
• Support global HR program initiatives with ability to coordinate events
• Ad hoc requests

Qualifications

An outgoing, confident and highly motivated individual with a great deal of enthusiasm, possessing the following personal qualities and skills:
• 2 - 3 years of experience working in a fast paced HR department
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, work with sensitive and confidential information
• Flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure with competing demands and stakeholders, prioritize accordingly, attention to detail
• Collaborative, Works as a member of a strong team that shares responsibilities and coverage & strong customer focus
• Strong organization and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
• Strong in Excel & proficient in PowerPoint & Outlook, comfortable with financial/operations data, reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organization
• Approaches the challenges of the work with creativity and imagination
• Ready to work in shifts
