Following the merger and creation of UKG we are entering a period of significant change for the International organisation as it relates to people initiatives, processes and activities.
There is a need to manage the implementation of all these new initiatives and processes in partnership with the Global HR and COE teams that have developed the strategy, philosophy and overall global action plans.
Reporting to the Senior HR Director and based out of the UK this role will take the lead in ensuring that there are formal plans, with clear accountability, resources and engagement in the roll out across all international regions of each of these new People activities.
The role requires working constantly between the local HR teams and Global HRBPs which support the functional Executive Committee leaders as well the Global COEs to ensure a consistent approach is taken.
Key responsibilities would include
• The project management of each identified initiative and the validation of achieving the pre-determined goals
• Escalation of issues where necessary and the resolution and mitigation of any risks that is encountered
• Key stakeholder management to ensure effective communication and roll out
• The role will also enable coverage for work required by the HR Consultant role in the UK
o Responsible for providing advice and counsel to managers, employees, HRBPs and HR leaders regarding HR policies and best practices.
o Serve as the SME for the business and HR team on a broad range of employee relations issues including; performance management, investigations, terminations, harassment, discrimination, employee/customer complaints, labor relations, and other policy related issues.
o Conduct high profile investigations and provide accurate and timely response to concerns as well as expedient solutions to problems
The role will be required for a period of 15 months and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis to understand and agree any changes to the goals and objectives


• Deep expertise within the HRBP or HR Operations domain, with experience across the EMEA region
• Ability to influence the decision-making process and outcome through detailed analysis/models, innovative recommendations, and demonstration of compensation expertise
• Organized, detail oriented, results-driven, flexible, innovative and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and programs end to end
• Software/High Technology industry experience preferred
