An opportunity, based in Bracknell, to support our HR Business Partners across EMEA with alignment to our US parent functionally for Compensation & Benefits and HRIS activities. You'll enjoy both the relationships that are built within a HR role and the analytical / data gathering / interpretation element that comes with Compensation and Benefits (though this is not a payroll role). The position is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Main Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
• Provides operational support to the HR team and stakeholders across the region
• Will be a key liaison to our HR Shared Services Operations team in the US and India on HR activities such as payroll and benefits administration
• Will take a lead role for data analytics within the region
• Advises managers and employees on Employee Relations issues
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Strategy and internal processes
• Works on annual merit review process, compensation queries and benefits renegotiation
• Builds a strong business relationship with their internal clients
• Builds a strong professional relationship with their HR colleagues


Ideally, you'll have previous experience in Human Resources and a working understanding of compensation and benefits administration; along with:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Employment Law Knowledge and skills
• CIPD qualification
• A team player with strong communication and negotiation skills is vital
• Project management and change management experience is a distinct advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build strong relationships with your respective
• Strong time management and priorities management skills
