A role for a do-er, a quick study, a person who loves innovation, the role of the role of the Global Services L&D Program Lead provides an opportunity to be involved with groundbreaking training and development programs, centered around developing consulting skills to deliver valuable customer outcomes. The Global Services Engineering team is a team of professionals committed to training and developing our Professional Services and Support teams across the globe.

Responsibilities:
•Cultivate and develop advanced consulting capability – interpersonal skills, business analysis skills, managing expectations, creating shared vision - with consulting resources.
•Act as a strategic adviser to field leadership helping them gauge resource readiness and upskilling opportunities.
•Partner within Service Engineering to integrate consulting skills and development with changes in and improvements to technology and methodology.
•Deliver certain classes live in person with engaging style and consultative experience, using stories, context and coaching techniques for an interactive experience.
•Share your passion around an incredible customer experience, from beginning to end, throughout the development and delivery of training.
•Mentor others and provide leadership and direction around implementation of consulting skills and approaches.
•Utilize broad and deep knowledge of the Kronos solution to share recommended practices and approaches, with the purpose of creating raving fans within our customer base.
•Innovate social learning opportunities and drive awareness for collaboration and networking capabilities where resources can share, learn and develop their skills in a collaborative model.
•Participate and sometimes lead targeted cross-functional efforts and platforms to cultivate innovation in deliverables and practice.
•Develop cross-functional relationships that allow you to establish and manage education plans to proactively implement anticipated changes.
•Work alongside Instructional Designers to create learning content; develop computer-based and instructor-led courses with a focus on experiential learning.
•Leverage personal and professional experience to bring new opportunities for content and resource development.
•Create, support, and validate standards for learning & development around consultative solution approaches and delivery of successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Master’s degree or other formal education in Learning, Instructional Design, Organization Behavior, or Organization Development is preferred.
•One to three years’ experience delivering organizational training is required, consulting training preferred.
•Multiple years’ experience consulting to business is required.
•Excellent customer-facing consultation and communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care. Adept at consultative interviewing and information gathering.
•Excellent training skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation capabilities, both virtual and in person.
•Experience designing multimedia-based training or other visual design capability is a plus.
•Strong business acumen across multiple industries
•Kronos Product Knowledge preferred
•Understanding of the Human Capital Management Industry preferred
•Ability to build and effectively collaborate with a network of subject matter experts
•Social learning experience is a plus
•SaaS implementation experience required
•The candidate must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple projects, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
•In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are required.
•Experience with Articulate Studio, Adobe Connect, TechSmith Camtasia, Cornerstone On Demand and virtual learning environments is highly preferred.
•Innovative and creative, adaptive and quick to learn
•Ability to travel approximately 25%, with international travel capabilities.
