Our successful business has grown significantly recently and is forecast to continue growing with our new innovative product offering – Workforce Dimensions. As General Manager for our Australian, New Zealand and South East Asia region you’ll develop and direct our sales and growth strategies, lead the team, and become an integral member of the leadership team.

Your experience of progressive business to business sales experience acquired within large, complex software organizations will enable your success in this role, which will be highly visible globally at the most senior levels of our business.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop strategies to achieve breakthrough, aggressive new business growth and high account retention whilst driving initiatives related to account strategy, account management and consultative selling focused on acquiring new business, cross- selling solutions, and deepening penetration of key target customers and segments
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and leverage organization-wide processes, capabilities and relationships to accelerate business growth, establish an integrated execution strategy and create a holistic and consultative account management mindset
• Broaden and deepen penetration of markets, with an emphasis on raising the Kronos profile with key C-level senior decision-makers by demonstrating unique subjective matter expertise and outstanding consultative capabilities
• Develop and retain a highly effective team with the ability to address new and different types of sales opportunities in this unique market. Invest time and resources required to ensure that the sales team evolves along with the market, and that the team keeps pace with client expectations and demands. Encourage the team to maintain a creative, thoughtful and strategic approach to sales opportunities


• A bachelor’s degree, and an MBA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• Outstanding leadership skills, combined with a strong sense of personal accountability for business performance, including accomplishing the organization’s stated goals and objectives
• A track record of success in identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals with C-level decision-makers
• An innate ability to inspire customers, peers and subordinates with a high service orientation that allows others to achieve their goals and objectives
• A passion for the industry, as well as the acute listening and consultative selling skills that are required to understand the industry and the concerns of executive leaders in the space
• The flexibility, patience and tolerance required to operate effectively in a rapidly- changing, highly competitive industry segment
• Excellent executive presence, well-developed communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), and inspirational leadership
• Open communication style, strong listening skills and the ability to integrate feedback and ideas from others. In the general, a leadership style that promotes a collaborative, inclusive, team-focused corporate culture where information and ideas are shared among departments
