• Create and distribute monthly reporting packages using both financial and operational based metrics while adhering to deadlines
• Assist in developing new business metrics that help drive business success
• Perform P&L variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets
• Assist with in-depth bookings, installation, utilization and churn analysis
• Participate in the monthly close process – including journal entry preparation, various subscription type revenue recognition and expense reporting as required.
• Create monthly forecasts (bookings, revenue, expense, capital and headcount) that incorporates current data and any relevant functional input
• Ensure off-line reporting reconciles with existing system based management reporting
• Assist in the annual cloud budgeting process
• Assist with the coordination and consolidation of financial data including domestic and international operations
• Review results/variance analysis with function or department heads and assist with guiding them to meet their overall financial objectives
• Create ad hoc analysis as needed


• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Financial Analyst role including financial modeling and reporting in MS Excel
• Experience working with different data sources such as ERP systems knowledge (E.g. transaction flows) required (Oracle preferred)
• Excellent Excel skill level
• Experience with Cognos BI
