•Create and distribute monthly reporting packages using both financial and operational based metrics while adhering to deadlines
•Assist in developing new business metrics that help drive business success
•Perform P&L variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets
•Assist with in-depth bookings, installation, utilization and churn analysis
•Participate in the monthly close process – including journal entry preparation, various subscription type revenue recognition and expense reporting as required.
•Create monthly forecasts (bookings, revenue, expense, capital and headcount) that incorporates current data and any relevant functional input where required
•Ensure off-line reporting reconciles with existing system based management reporting
•Assist with the coordination and consolidation of financial data including domestic and international operations
•Review results/variance analysis with function or department heads and assist with guiding them to meet their overall financial objectives
•Create ad-hoc analysis as needed


•Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
•5+ years’ experience in a Financial Analyst role including financial modeling and reporting in MS Excel
•SaaS, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) or Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) experience strongly preferred
•Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & strong interpersonal skills
•Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
•Experience working with different data sources such as ERP systems knowledge (E.g. transaction flows) required (Oracle preferred)
•Experience with Cognos BI
