As part of the Growing Cloud Finance Group, this position will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of the Cloud Organization.

Responsibilities:
• This Role is responsible for the Budget, Forecast and Actual analysis of $250M+ in annual SaaS recurring revenue stream for UKG Ready products.
• Working cross functionally with other business leads and senior management to create and develop new business metrics that help drive business success
• Prepare reporting and detailed analysis of RevPro data to understand Financial performance and communicate results to Executive Leadership, highlighting trends as they are identified
• Respond to inquiries which may include conducting research, working with cross functional teams, and preparing related adjustments
• Leverage resources and systems to gain automation and efficiency, allowing for increase in value-added analysis
• Perform P&L variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets while ensuring off-line reporting reconciles with existing system based management reporting
• Assist in the annual cloud budgeting process
• Partner with the UKG Ready management team to review results/variance analysis and assist with guiding them to meet their overall financial objectives
• Complete special projects as requested

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA a plus
•8+ years of experience in financial analysis with at least 3 years of Revenue accounting experience
•Experience in designing and enhancing processes
•Ability to embrace technology & change - ideal candidate should have a technical mindset to leverage automation tools
•Ability to summarize large volumes of complex data into clear actionable information
•Strong self-starter with the ability to think creatively, well-organized, extreme attention to detail, solution unexpected issues and work towards meeting deadlines
•Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
•Proven Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel as well as other MS Office product knowledge
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
•Software, SaaS, or similar technology industry experience a plus
