As part of the Sales Finance Group, this position will support the Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of the Sales and Business Development organizations. Responsibilities will include the following:
Business Unit Support:
• Support newly acquired business units in the development of budget and forecast inputs and analysis of actual results and related inputs into our Host Analytics tool.
• Assist with integration and rollout of these newly acquired Business Units, including systems set ups and proposals for optimal data gathering.
• Prepare and distribute monthly & quarterly Business Unit-specific reporting packages.
• Develop and track comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s ).
• Research and analyze P&L variances to Forecast and Budget.
• Support the monthly financial close process by reviewing expenses throughout the close cycle to ensure the proper classification and accrual treatment
• Develop and communicate financial models, operational analysis, reporting and key business trends by combining multiple data sources, as required.
• Develop processes for monitoring Business Unit(s) progress and support execution of key initiatives.
• Complete special projects, as requested.

Other Reporting and Analysis:
• Develop and communicate operational analysis, reporting and trends for the Sales organization, as required
• Prepare various expense-management related reporting
• Act as a backup for certain areas within Sales Compensation support
• Complete special projects, as requested


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Excel
o Experience with Pivot tables a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Access a plus
• Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive data
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team oriented environment
• Prior Accounting experience and understanding of Accounting information systems preferred
• MBA a plus
