Service Revenue / Close Activities: Run EDW revenue reporting, prepare support for and load JE’s based on reporting prepared by Service Finance Analyst, Prepare 3rd Party Delivery expense accrual, Transact expense cross-charge entries

Reporting: Bill-rate calculation, Dashboard data entry (Revenue, Expense, Utilization, BillRate), Backlog report calculation, P&L variance analysis using the Dashboard schedules, Run Retention reporting for Support and KnowledgePass

Other Activities:
• Perform quarterly renewals testing of Support offerings for annual audit
• Prepare VSOE compliance data for select service offerings
• Run retention report job to populate retention report monthly
• Prof Services substantive Audit data pull
• Run billings report for PS & EDU for cash forecast
• Maintain headcount data in Host, Load budget data into Host – from field
• Other ad hoc analyses related to questions on PS P&L
• Must be able to work with high level of accuracy

Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analyst FP&A role
- Minimum Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with Cognos reporting (Report Studio & Solution View)
- Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is required
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with different data sources such as an ERP systems knowledge (E.g. transaction flows) required (Oracle preferred)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to align with various teams across the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and ability to work in a fast paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
