Financial Analyst will assist in financial planning, business decision analysis, and operational and business reviews for the International business. The individual will work closely with and receive guidance from the International Finance Team members as well as work independently with functional leadership within the regions to enhance reporting capabilities, structure conversations for smart business decisions, encourage open communication among the team and establish a framework for accountability.
As the Financial Analyst you will have a hybrid role across month end reporting and as a Business Partner supplying key financial data for decision making to provide you with a broad learning opportunity.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for producing accurate and well-timed data and will continuously seek to progressively improve the reporting processes.
• They will accurately identify at a timely stage, emerging risks and key issues and ensure these are appropriately escalated.
• Financial Analyst will assist in financial planning, business decision analysis and operational and business reviews for the International business
• Month end reconciliations, reporting and journal entries
• Assist in financial planning for the international business operations, including budgets, forecasts and variance analysis reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Provide support to the various International regions with reporting requirements and in-depth analysis as required
• Provide in depth financial analysis and modelling to allow for smart business decisions and ensure compliance with corporate initiatives and goals
• Assist in developing scalable processes and tools to support future International growth


• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years of Financial Analyst Reporting and Accounting experience;
• Comfortable formulating accounting journal entries
• Must be comfortable working with data from multiple sources and provide thoughtful analysis
• Must be able to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients, plan accordingly and meet or exceed expectations
• Exemplifies initiative, intelligence, integrity and strives for continuous improvement
• Languages required are English (fluent) and Dutch
