The Company’s incentive compensation plans for the Global Services organization are established, controlled, and administered by a centralized Service Commission group within Finance. There are currently 270 standard compensation plans covering 1100+ payees in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. The Services commission group is responsible for updating, maintaining and monitoring the commission system to ensure that commissions are paid out accurately and on a timely basis, and that commission expense is recorded accurately in the company’s financial statements.

•Review and understand incentive compensation plans for Service organizations
•Ensure commission system and data is set up and maintained to support accurate and timely commission payments under those plans
•Respond to Service commission inquiries and process corrections or adjustments if required
•Ensure consistent application of the company's policies and procedures related to commission administration
•Prepare commission related reports and analysis for Finance and our Service organization
•Participate in quarterly accrual process for commission expense
•Occasionally support budgeting, forecasting and actual to plan measurement

Qualifications

•3-5 years experience in commission administration using a commission software package, preferably in a high tech environment
•Attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication skills, and team player essential
•Strong PC and Excel skills required
•Working knowledge of sales/service compensation concepts and related systems
•Experience with ERP systems and data warehouse applications preferred
•Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business Mgmt/Business Administration preferred
