If you are looking for an opportunity to understand how all aspects of a global finance organization works in a global technology leader and gain experience working cross functionally, this is the position for you.

The Finance Transformation team is looking for an analyst who would support the final stages of the Global Finance Transformation and provide Finance support for Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) integration for Kronos. The position reports to the Senior Finance Program Manager in our headquarters in Lowell, MA. This exciting position in a recently created team in Finance will provide experience in and a broad perspective across all finance activities.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be to assist Finance Transformation with projects related to the Finance Globalization and Process Improvement and M&A integration activity. This includes:
•Assist the Global Process Owners (GPO’s) in developing process improvement projects and standardization initiatives
•Assist in the identification and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of developing overall Finance measurement portfolio
•Document and assess process workflows by analyzing intra- and inter-department dependencies to ensure optimum workflow, productivity and customer satisfaction.
•Support for continuous improvement mindset across Global Finance
•Develop productivity enhancing tools (such as macros, reports, templates, etc.) to increase efficiencies and for all areas of Finance
•Partner with GPO’s to objectively and continually assess process performance and determine current process health
•Create and update project charters and track status updates from business leaders
•Assist in process training for effective implementation and compliance
•Assist Finance in the due diligence and integration process for M&A activity
•Create and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
•Special projects as needed varying in complexity and length

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•1-3+ years of experience in or supporting large Finance organization; preferably project based environment
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; or similar field
•Strong foundation in Finance process cycles and an understanding of business process analysis
•Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment and comfortable in a dynamic environment without routine
•Advanced understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn web based tools, like SharePoint, Druva, Dropbox, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Oracle or a similar an ERP a plus
•Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)is a plus
•Project Management certification is a plus
•Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies, certification is a plus
