This is an exciting and challenging role for a highly motivated, experienced leader to own the Global Sales Commission process. As part of the Sales Finance team, this position will be responsible for overseeing the Financial support and compensation for the Global Sales Organization at Kronos. Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Oversee administration of compensation plans and commission payments for 800 Sales employees globally
• Direct commissions accounting activity including monthly accruals, prepaid commissions entries, and account reconciliations, ensuring effective controls and compliance
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand Sales and Financial performance and communicate results to Executive Leadership, highlighting trends as they are identified.
• Make and support recommendations to drive business in alignment with Company strategy; evaluate and analyze results of special incentive programs; assist in developing new metrics that help measure success
• Serve as Business Partner to support Sales Leaders in understanding their team performance and compensation


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline required; MBA a plus
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis; commission accounting a plus
• 2+ years of managerial experience preferred
• Experience supporting Sales organizations or compensation preferred
• Software, SaaS, or similar technology industry experience a plus
