Based at the Kronos EMEA HQ in Bracknell, the Head Field Marketing is responsible for leading the EMEA marketing team in the development of the regional marketing strategy in collaboration with the sales leadership to achieve key business goals. You will define, create and execute integrated regional marketing and sales programs that support the execution of the strategy and attainment of revenue growth. Marketing initiatives will be developed and deployed to support the direct and indirect channel throughout the region. The goal of marketing is to increase the Kronos brand awareness across EMEA, build sales pipeline through demand generation activities, accelerate Kronos and Kronos’ key partners’ acquisition of new customers resulting in increased product adoption and market share in the region.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership, you will be ensuring implementation of effective marketing processes, methodologies and deliverables
• Define the regional marketing strategy and develop a robust marketing plan that supports the EMEA revenue goal.
• You will lead a team responsible for developing and delivering regional marketing programs targeting prospective end users and existing installed base customers – expanding the Kronos presence.
• Plan, manage and implement all aspects of end-to-end local marketing seminars and events with management of event logistics and securing key resources/speakers
• Leverage all aspects of web marketing and social media tools to build communities that increase awareness and drive inbound enquiries
• Leverage Corporate and other central marketing programs and deliverables within the region
• Manage with sales, the lead management process and metrics achieving the targets for marketing contribution to the sales pipeline target
• Manage and operate within the allocated regional marketing budget
• Build joint marketing programmes with strategic partners

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field
• Proven experience in developing and executing high touch marketing campaigns for the technology sector with a focus on Manufacturing, Retail and Services industries
• Demonstratable success with digital marketing campaigns
• PC literate: including Microsoft Office, email fulfilment and CRM tools. Knowledge of marketing automation solutions e.g. Eloqua would be a distinct advantage
• Confident, energetic and an excellent communicator
• Very focused, high attention to detail and well organised
• Results driven and able to interpret and act upon detailed metrics and analysis
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously but enjoys working in a dynamic team
