Kronos seeks a Field Marketing Specialist focusing on the Retail & Hospitality industry. This is a challenging and diverse action-oriented role in which the candidate will assist Kronos in driving growth in various segments of the Retail market by executing campaigns and events.


• Create and follow project timelines that include tasks, due dates, resources and manage multiple projects concurrently and manage to your budget allotted for this position while delivering results on or ahead of deadline
• Manage local retail & hospitality sub vertical tradeshows; including not limited to:
o Managing all logistics (secure booth space, payment and set up of booth)
o Staffing and hotel reservations
o Creating promotions to drive attendees to the booth
o Supervising install and dismantle of the booth, booth supervision of traffic b
building activities, lead acquisition, and shipping of assets
o Ensuring leads are followed up on in a timely manner
•Create and manage IMPACT Mailers – these are high-quality direct mail campaigns that the sales representatives request to be sent out to customers and prospects
•Manage the existing campaigns and create new campaigns by working with your industry manager to develop messaging, sourcing new products, and managing the logistics of shipping and tracking these mailers
•Follow up reporting on campaigns is required to determine ROI and impact fullness of campaigns.
•Stay in constant communication with retail & hospitality sales representatives as needed to ensure that support is being provided for them to succeed
• Other tasks may include sponsorships, managing offsite dinner around events, supporting sales requests for give -a-way items at meetings and assisting your industry manager in presentations for reps where a creative give-a-way/leave behind is requested
•Assist the retail & hospitality team as needed at events such as NRF and executive summit.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 3-5+ years of experience coordinating tradeshow logistics and working on marketing programs.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong customer service skills demonstrated by a desire to exceed expectations of internal clients and Kronos customers including interpersonal relations, communication skills, and problem resolution
• Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 suite including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and an aptitude for marketing program software such as Eloqua
• Applicants with experience in a fast-paced marketing or PR agency are encouraged to apply Must be able to work independently and travel ten to twelve weeks to evaluate, supervise, and staff events
