This role is primarily responsible for up-keeping of the infrastructure and efficiently run and operate all critical equipment's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have hard core knowledge and hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing system, Fire Fighting System, Power Distribution, building compliance
• Ability to efficiently run and operate all critical equipment’s at full occupancy/load
• Ability to predict equipment maintenance requirement and take preventive measures to ensure healthy and efficient operations. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of equipment’s
• Make periodic inspections of the building/floors and equipment to determine if janitorial, security and other services are adequate and whether repair work is needed; reviews safety and security equipment and procedures for adequacy
• Co-ordinate with OEM for service obligation as per AMC & in case of breakdown of system. Tracking of AMC record. Vendor escalation matrix for all critical equipment’s
• Tracking of electricity consumption on daily basis
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as per the prescribe format
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other day to day responsibilities that are a part of the Operations group
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers and third party external vendors (verbal and written) .

Some of the other skills to be demonstrated include :
• Must be a good team player and follow a collaborative approach for internal customers problem solving.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment, worked in a global environment

Qualifications

• Academic Qualifications : Graduate degree holder, at least a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and managed Facilities infrastructure in at least 2, 000 employee strong organization
• Good hands on experience in use of MS Excel and Power point
• Good communication skills
