This position is a role of an individual contributor and part of the Operations team based in Noida office and primarily responsible for up keeping of office day to day activities , Housekeeping and other facilities soft services . The role reports into Senior Manager Operations or anybody he designates.

Should have good knowledge of office soft services which includes -

1. Housekeeping Management – Supervise on up-keeping & maintenance / cleaning of the entire facility 24*7 . Looking after compliances of 3rd party resources.
2. Staff deployment of support staff – deployment and rostering, also training & briefings to support staff
3. Space Management – allocation of workstations, data upkeeping and updating its MIS reports to management time to time
4. Office supplies management – inventory up keeping and supply of office & facility supplies like vending material , drinking water , pantry items & other consumables etc
5. Office Stationery & printing responsibilities – daily issuance and inventory checking of stationary , printing of office stationery , business cards & other printing requirements
6. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as per the prescribed format
7. Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other day to day responsibilities that are a part of the Operations group
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers and third party external vendors (verbal and written)

Qualifications

• Graduate degree holder, working experience in IT industry for 3-5 years
• Good hands on experience in use of MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Should have decent communication skills

Good to have skills:

• Must have high priority for customer satisfaction & possess an excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be a good team player and follow a collaborative approach for internal customers problem solving
• Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment
