About the Role

Reporting to the HR Director this role will provide high quality level of support to UK Services & Support Managers and Directors:  

Key Accountabilities

- General administrative support to the team of Managers and Directors in Services in the UK.
- Complete diary management, dealing with incoming enquiries, and general administrative support.
- Ensure Directors are briefed in advance of any meeting, that have the correct documentation in advance.
- Expenses management.
- Assisting with CRM management for sales leaders including reporting and ad hoc updates as necessary.
- Assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations for various external and internal meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements. Plan trips accurately - including train times, journey times, booking taxis or rental cars, booking flights and hotels, etc.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, booking appropriate resources, rooms and catering as necessary.
- Supporting Corporate visitors when they are in the UK (taxi bookings, hotel bookings, etc).
- Raising purchase order requests when required.

Qualifications

About You
- Extremely well organised and able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Confident manner and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills essential.
- Knowledge of CRM administration and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
