We are looking for an event manager to manage a portion of the national tradeshow schedule under the direction of the Senior Manager, Events and Tradeshows. In this role you will be partnering with internal and external resources to ensure successful outcomes. The Event Manager will work independently to manage individual trade show projects by project managing the logistics, deliverables, budget, staffing, lead process, show objectives, and on-site activities resulting in a smoothly executed, productive event.

Specific Responsibilities include:
•Create and follow project timelines that include tasks, due dates, resources and manage multiple projects concurrently. Deliver results on or ahead of deadline
•Produce work according to guidelines including process, vendor management, procurement, legal, and budget tracking
•Coordinate with program management partner on overall industry demand gen program, as well as, research and summarize information for recommendations on new industry tradeshows
•Onsite tradeshow booth supervision that includes: Pre-trip: staffing and hotel reservations. Onsite: supervise install and dismantle of the booth, booth supervision, traffic building activities, lead acquisition, and shipping of assets.
•Responsible for budget management and invoice reconciliation
•Within a set time period, develop a basic understanding of Kronos solutions and domains
•Night and weekend work and travel required on occasion


•Bachelor’s degree with focus on trade-shows and/or marketing with 5+ years of experience coordinating trade-show logistics and working on marketing programs
•Client focused – superior customer service and relationship skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible and energetic
•Experience working in a complex multi layered corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
•Must be able to work independently and travel ten to twelve weeks to evaluate, supervise, and staff events
•Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 suite including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and an aptitude for marketing program software such as Eloqua
•Team player with strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically
