We've a new vacancy for an Enterprise Sales Executive to be aligned to our verticals - Retail, Manufacturing and Service and Distribution.
Being responsible for selling Kronos solutions directly to end-users, this role will involve creating and developing new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within one of our verticals.

Responsibilities:

With a focus on Retail or Manufacturing or Services and Distribution industries, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Maximising sales revenue (software, cloud, hardware, and professional services) delivering 100%+ of agreed booking / revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles
• Defining an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities
• Developing and communicating effective business plans both for a prime industry vertical and for key customers to establish Kronos as a strategic long-term partner
• Establishing new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events
• Building business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts
• Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences and modules across the organisation
• Coordinating and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients
• Proactively developing marketplace awareness of Kronos solutions within the relevant sector, with the goal of achieving market leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business sales at a CxO level within Software and complex sales cycles
• Performance in a business with 6-9 month sales cycles and achieving consistency over 100%
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal negotiation and close
• Strong industry vertical knowledge and experience providing business application software in the retail, manufacturing or service and distribution sector
• Be based in the office in Bracknell at least 3 days a week if not with customers
