About the Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in Kronos to drive end to end new business sales in the UK Enterprise market (+5000 employees). The Enterprise Sales Executive maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers and targets a high number of strategic net new prospects.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop new business and transform leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
• Obtain agreement from strategic parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle
• Collaborate with other functional areas to manage the complexity of an enterprise sales cycle
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus


About You
• Ultimately a proven track record in end to end sales, ideally within Workforce Management.
• Demonstrated success in over-achieving quotas in past positions.
• Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within Manufacturing and Services & Distribution.
• Able to fit in to a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork
• You lead prospects and customers as opposed to reacting to customer requests. You know how to “drive a deal”.
• Experience as a key player in a team selling environment towards enterprise organizations
