• Guide 2 or 3 embedded software development teams to deliver technology solutions through effective application of the Lean/Agile principles and frameworks including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban methods
• Provide leadership and coaching of scrum teams in all aspects of scrum, which include facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, demo and retrospective meetings, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, calculating velocity, and limiting work in progress
• Support the teams and stakeholders by providing Jira agile boards, dashboards and sprint reports
• Ensure that release deliverables are clearly communicated to the team
• Work with Product Managers/Business Analysts to ensure a healthy product backlog so teams can pick up work quickly
• Partner with Product Managers/Business Analysts and the scrum team on backlog refinement sessions and prioritizations
• Identify risks, impediments and cross-team dependencies and manage through scrum of scrums, identifying and supporting mitigation activities by working with teams, engineering leadership and product management.
• Ensure that retrospectives produce actionable tasks; follow through to ensure that recommendations are implemented successfully and in a timely manner
• Assist with internal communication, improve transparency, and share information
• Review scrum processes and drive improvements
• Partner with scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done have been met for each Epic
• Collaborate in the community of practice.


• Bachelors degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience leading scrum teams in agile software development programs
• Must be a certified Scrum Master
• Working experience with Atlassian Tool Set (JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SAFe a plus
