This is a key role reporting to the Director Product Management that will help accelerate overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring their experience managing projects with software engineering teams to collaborate across multiple internal teams and functions as well as directly with customers to ensure delivery expectations are met or exceeded. He/she must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy coupled with precise execution of an operational plan. This is an exciting role for an individual that enjoys an evolving dynamic environment that presents new challenges every day and for the person that demonstrates they can get others to rally around their cause.

Project /Practice Management
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Has experience working with de-centralized teams that includes international development locations

Client Management
- Manages day-to-day client interaction.
- Sets and manages client expectations.
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.

Project Accounting
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manages project budget.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing,and monitors receivables for project.

Technical Understanding
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities.
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.

- Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
- Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
- Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
- Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.


- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
- 8-12+ years experience in project management, driving strategic applications/software, preferably in a customer facing capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to conduct effective meetings
- Comfortable working with and presenting to high level corporate officers (Sr. Directors, C-Level, etc.) internally and with customers
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience leading a team of internal and external resources
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring requirements and objectives are being met
- PMP Preferred
