The Learning Program Manager is a member of the technical training team and reports to the Sr Manager, Technical Training. The Learning Program Manager is responsible for working with stakeholders and Instructional Designers to develop effective learning programs for internal learners to address business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and project management skills to capably manage multiple task while working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, implement, and monitor training programs for internal users to be delivered through classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, online programs, conferences, and workshops.
• Conducts needs analysis and evaluates and repots on effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Works closely with Sr Mgr in the development of overall strategic plans relative to training by evaluating the needs of the group(s) and coordinating training programs and schedules accordingly.
• Leads the project plans and develops effective communication plans to support the roll out of new technical training initiatives and programs.
• Co-ordinates the on-going administration of allocated programs to ensure quality, consistency and continuity. Seeks opportunities to make improvements.
• Tracks and reports on project milestones.
• Manages program implementation and ensures appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan and recruits and manages appropriate vendor resources.
• May conduct training or develop instructional or reference content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programs.
• Works collaboratively with stakeholders, SMEs, instructional designers and team members


• 4 + years of learning and development experience within a SaaS/Cloud training & development environment
• 2+ years in program/project management role in learning organization
• Experience with a variety of learning management systems (LMS) and learning tools & technologies. Cornerstone and Articulate
• Proven ability to think strategically and partner with stakeholders in developing learning plans that make a difference
• Able to link business decision to results, understands Return on Investment (ROI) of decisions/actions
• Consistent track record of delivering learning programs and plans on time and with high engagement.
• BA/BS strongly preferred in business, communication, education or related field though will consider candidates with relevant business experience.
