The Director of Training will lead a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of learning solutions that are aligned with Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR) business objectives. This includes creating best in class training that supports WFR customer, employee, and partner onboarding, product training, business-specific applications and processes, as well as job-specific core skills and/or certifications. The Director of Training will help shape and fully execute the strategy of the group, developing training standards within WFR, and creating a Center of Excellence within the business to support the learning requirements of our customers, employees, and partners.

Essential Functions:
• Develops group strategy, and implements plans to execute on against the strategy and organizational goals
• Manages the core global learning experience including design, delivery, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the program to ensure quality and audience value
• Oversees the operation of the LMS and learning content management systems for customer, employee, and partner curriculum delivery
• Achieves group financial objectives by forecasting and tracking revenue, providing input into budget planning, creating revenue generating Training offerings, and managing costs
• Creates a function that measures effectiveness, tracks results, delivers training best practices, and drives continuous improvement throughout the group
• Collaborates with department leaders and Sr. Leadership to provide them with data-driven reporting on training effectiveness, actionable gap analysis, and recommended actions for improvement
• Manage direct reports, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and drive adherence to WFR process and best practices throughout the group
• Create and ensure documentation and ownership of best practices for executing and maintaining all WFR Training processes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
• 7+ years of progressive experience in training design, delivery, and documentation
• 4+ years of management experience over a training/learning & development function
• Proven expertise across a variety of instructional methods and training techniques including curriculum design principles, adult learning theory, and blended learning strategies
• Demonstrated ability to consistently manage and execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously
• Excellent strategic, leadership and problem solving skills
• Established ability to drive employee engagement through interpersonal and professional communication skills
