Our office in Noida is of strategic importance to us as a global organisation, it is an engineering hub for all product suites but is also a Shared Services centre for IT, Finance and HR. We are experiencing continued growth and this is an exciting time to lead our passionate Talent Acquisition team.

You will be responsible for driving best practices as it applies to full life cycle recruiting across Kronos India. The Director must be a solution provider responsible for leading the front end of the recruiting process across the region. You will lead the delivery of designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, while maintaining industry best practices which meet the needs of Kronos. This position is also responsible for participating in global initiatives that will transform Kronos talent acquisition as a leader in its space.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead the India based recruitment team; identify and incorporate best practices and process improvements to ensure optimisation of resources and function. Develop and manage specialised recruitment strategies for key business initiatives and areas
• Proactively consult with management and executives on current and future staffing needs related to business strategy
• Work closely with the Global TA team on employment branding strategies and personally lead initiatives; identify needs, develop plans, manage execution and measure results of all efforts
• Serve as champion for the candidate experience and work through teams to identify and enhance the candidate experience at all touch points. Influence business partners to ensure a flawless candidate experience
• Analyse talent acquisition reporting and metrics; establish and monitor team and individual goals; direct the talent acquisition team based on results and trends
• Act as an advisor and solution provider to management regarding employment trends including competition, compensation, benefits and recruitment practices
• Coach and develop the talent acquisition team members to better serve the needs of Kronos and achieve individual goals

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing a high performing talent acquisition team in a global, dynamic company (technology company experience strongly preferred)
• The ability to balance strategic and tactical requirements and be hands on as required
• A broad working knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures involved in candidate sourcing and selection, along with a demonstrated ability to select, develop, and coach professional recruiters
• Deep understanding and passion in the areas of employment branding and candidate experience
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and develop staff and work closely with senior leaders across the organisation
• Ability to problem solve and influence at all levels of the organisation
