As a Practice Director - Strategic & Partner Integrations, you will lead a team focused on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Your team collaborates with customers both internal and external, as well as Partners, to deliver mission critical integrations and interfaces across the Workforce Ready (WFR) suite of products. This includes identifying requirements and risks, project management, testing and documentation, and clearly communicating goals to stakeholders. You will define the performance metrics for you team, while also developing a standardized “best practice’ approach for delivery, documentation, and testing. This role will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key technology and implementation Partners, ensuring our Professional Services organization is continually in a position to support overall WFR business strategy.

Essential Functions:
• Provide day-to day accountability and leadership for the Integration Consulting group
• Define and execute technology roadmaps focused on both strategic and operational needs of our Customers, while preserving the sustainability and scalability of our integrations and interfaces
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and provide relevant insight on opportunities to leverage technology for business effectiveness and competitive advantage
• Lead continuous improvements of business process, system enhancements, routine operations and support activities
• Implement global standards for requirements documentation, solution design and specification, configuration and development, testing, and deployment process leveraging industry best practices
• Drive adherence to performance metrics of team and service providers, as well as manage planning and forecasting of projects, resources, and budgets as necessary
• Ensure all projects maintain a consistent level of project management discipline, status reporting, and issue escalation/resolution processes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
• 10-15 years professional experience
• 5 plus years successfully leading integration or implementation projects for a SaaS provider
• EDI (electronic data interchange) knowledge/experience required.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing high performance teams, leading them to execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive results.
