Description

The Director, Services Portfolio Product Management will lead the creation and continued innovation of global services offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an overarching strategy for Kronos offerings across professional services, customer success and renewals. You will be responsible for managing the Services product throughout the product lifecycle, collecting feedback and requirements from cross-functional teams and developing strategies, tools, and offerings to be used by Services Leadership teams to support successful customer implementations, migrations, and ongoing adoption of Kronos tools and technologies. You will work closely with services leadership, product management and marketing to refine existing offerings and bring new offerings to market.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and document the global services strategy including authoring and maintaining the services offering roadmap and aligning the services offering strategy with Kronos’ broader go to market strategy
• Provide Program Management for the development of services offerings that drive product adoption and expansion and enhance customer experience
• Drive the creation of go to market plans for services offerings including pricing and customer facing marketing materials through collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, marketing and finance
• Work closely with sales, support, and services teams to launch new and/or ongoing refreshed service offerings
• Manage the collection of feedback and customer and market data to inform offering development, including: market data, market and customer segmentation and trends, and customer product/service adoption and needs
• Define performance metrics and conduct analysis on the portfolio effectiveness
• Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships and lead ongoing communication and discussion of the services portfolio strategy
• Create and maintains the Services product lifecycle process and governance model to manage overall services portfolio and ensure alignment with steering committee
• Ensures partner services are in alignment with the overall services portfolio
• Understands overall opportunity and sizing of service opportunities
• Leads services portfolio team

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and experience in professional services organizations including delivery, operations and services marketing
• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software services, including experience in service portfolio strategy, development and management and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and outcome based Services
• Proven record of creating go to market plans including segmentation, pricing/packaging and partnering across functional areas to ensure successful launch
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and customer experience design
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large enterprises
• Ability to work effectively with distributed cross-functional teams
• Experience leading and managing teams both directly and through influence
• Excellent strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
