Kronos is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for our award-winning cloud human capital management (HCM) product Workforce Ready. This is a wide-ranging and critical role that will require broad knowledge of Enterprise Software and domain knowledge of HCM. Successful candidates must have an expert understanding of the product’s buying audiences and needs, and often act as subject matter experts (SMEs) who transfer knowledge about markets, buyers, and product across marketing and sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves evangelizing stories of transformation and innovation. The successful candidate is expected to be a strong collaborator with product management, marketing and sales teams.

Fundamentally the Director is responsible for developing go-to-market strategy and messaging by:
• Collaborating with other functional leaders to develop prospect, customer and sales enablement messaging
• Executing strategies to drive market awareness and consideration
• Developing content and messaging to support demand generation and campaigns
• Analyzing the competitive landscape and relevant business situations/trends to develop messages addressing key business issues, drivers and growth opportunities
• Understanding our audience and developing buyer personas and journey maps
• Leading launch for product releases and modules
• Establishing Kronos as a thought leader in the space


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing preferably in HR or Workforce Management
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote corporate growth
• Excellent public speaking, writing, and messaging skills
• Demonstrated success in executing major product launches
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior sales, marketing, and product executives – VP-level and above
• Demonstrated strategic planning and project management skills
• Experience in leading teams or cross-functional initiatives

• MBA or Masters from top tiered school
• 3+ years of experience in Human Capital Management software
• Experience in sales enablement/sales training
