We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Presales Manager to join our growing business based in Australia. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong leader, who is seeking a new challenge & the opportunity to make an impact.

• Leading the Pre Sales team
• Recruit, retain, and develop industry leading pre sales team
• Work with sales management to drive product and services revenue
• Identify and qualify opportunities to grow sales funnel
• Determine best team to win sales opportunities
• Actively engage in customer selling and consulting opportunities
• Drive large, complex deals integrating multiple technologies into an integrated solution for customers
• Accountable for certification achievement across the presales organisation
• Responsible for the roll-out and adoption of new solutions
• Ensure sales and presales solution readiness
• Assist field and office based sales teams with presentations
• Proactively work with sales team on lead generation, customer development and sale closure.
• Work with customers and partners to help them understand the value of Kronos solutions and clearly convey and evaluate Return on Investment (ROI).
• Work with the pre-sales team to interpret customer’s business needs and articulate/demonstrate how Kronos solutions can benefit their business.
• Provide input into Service Descriptions, statements of work and other presentable materials for customers.
• Act as a “Trusted Advisor” to the Kronos sales force to assist in solution readiness.
• Escalate and track issues or questions beyond knowledge to technical experts.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within Business Development / Sales focused roles
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Experience influencing external senior executives
• Superior communication & presentation skills
• Experience of working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales lifecycle & processes
• Commercially minded
