We have over 1000 employees in Noida across Engineering, Finance, IT and HR – it’s our biggest office outside of our US headquarters in Boston. Our Indian operations continue to grow at a rapid rate and is of strategic importance to us as a global organisation and the Director of HR is key to driving employee programmes and initiatives to deliver business results.

You will be responsible for driving best practices and programmes as it applies to the employee life cycle across Kronos India. The Director must be a solution orientated leader responsible for success of the HRBP and HR Shared Services teams across the region. You will lead full-service HR business partner support to client groups in close collaboration with global HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Excellence across multiple geographies. This position is also responsible for participating in global initiatives that will support Kronos’ continued focus on being a Great Place To Work.
• You will partner, strategize, advise and influence the management team, including VP-level, on all aspects of people management and leadership
• As a member of the local leadership team and global HR organization, you will play a significant part in the achievement of business results as a strategic partner
• You will contribute to and lead a One HR mentality throughout the region and globally
• Manage the HR performance management and business processes that drive results and build capabilities
• Drive Talent Management programs throughout client group for optimal adoption and impact
• Establish, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of all HR programs
• Identify the talent gaps and development needs of the client group, its managers, key individuals, and people in key positions. A strong focus on integration, organisational development and change management
• Ensure high quality delivery of employee programs and solutions by the HRBP and HRSS teams

Qualifications

• You must have at least 12 years of experience in a senior HRBP role, with a broad depth of experience in organizational design, management coaching, team building, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR program implementation
• 5+ years proven experience partnering with VP level clients in a global organization
• Experience of working successfully in a matrix/ global organization which is reliant on strong relationship management skills
• Previous experience leading a team with proven experience of coaching and developing a high performing HR team
• To be successful, you will need a collaborative and customer-orientated approach with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels
• The ability to respond rapidly and independently to requests, develop and implement creative solutions, and follow through to ensure resolution is crucial
• Ability to listen effectively and adjust communication style based on the audience is required
• Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience
• Software/high tech industry experience would be a significant advantage
• Experience in the interpretation of people analytics is a plus
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

We are in a high period of growth in India and proven capabilities in guiding an organisation through periods of change is critical to the success of this role. Longer term, there is the potential to grow into a larger role covering a wider geography.
