We are looking for an innovative and energetic Director of Global Education Development to join our customer Educational Services team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of education professionals responsible for producing all learning content (eLearning & instructor led) to support a $30M+ global education business. You will design customer education and enablement solutions that align with customer success, user adoption and internal enablement strategies. You will also act as a change agent for driving deeper levels of collaboration among many cross-functional teams, breaking down silos to increase overall quality of content and efficiency of production.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a demonstrated track record of successfully enabling customers in both SMB and Enterprise spaces, who also understands the nuances of education and enablement for both SaaS and OnPrem customers.

• Own customer curriculum strategy for Kronos’ flagship products, ensuring that our curriculum is scalable and allows customers to maximize their onboarding experience, achievement of short-term and long-term business outcomes, and adoption of new features
• Spearhead a modern content strategy to ensure that customers have friction less access to the right training, in the right form, across the right channel
• Drive efficiency in content production that enables rapid release of content in alignment with a continual SaaS product release schedule
• Forge deep, collaborative cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders that result in increased organizational efficiency and productivity
• Evolve a streamlined global content translation strategy that meets customer needs while remaining on budget
• Maintain and communicate a curriculum development road map to internal stakeholders and customers
• Measuring training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback
• Coach, support, retain and grow a talented, geographically distributed team
• Share your passion around an incredible customer experience, from beginning to end, throughout the development and delivery of training

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience leading customer training and enablement for high growth global technology companies (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
• Skilled at cultivating collaborative relationships across all levels, including global cross-functional teams, in order to gain buy in and deliver on-time, on-target results
• Seasoned manager with proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Trusted team player known for meeting tight deadlines in an agile environment while still fostering continued innovation and growth
• Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, with rigorous attention to details and patterns that lead directly to growth and scale
• Ability to challenge legacy behaviors and the status quo
• Well-developed influencing skills and ability to drive education, creative thinking and evolution of current practices
• Knowledge of the following development tools a plus (Articulate 360 suite, Camtasia, Captivate)
