Here is an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to be an integral part of an enterprise-scale cloud initiative. This individual will work on supporting Kronos Cloud infrastructure implementation for next generation product. This position requires supporting and provisioning Cloud Infrastructure services on Windows and Linux platforms, while keeping reliability and scalability in mind. Including hands-on experience building, automating, securing and administration in an Infrastructure As A Service environment.
•Deployment and Management of Windows Active Directory Services, as well as support of SQL High Availability Clustering
•Deploy and Manage Linux and Windows based infrastructure services (web, NFS, SFTP, DNS, LDAP etc.)
•Management of Windows 2012R2/2016 operating systems environment
•Deliver and manage patch management (Windows SCCM and WSUS)
•Ability to document existing and new infrastructure deployments using Run Book and architecture diagrams
•Delivers technical troubleshooting and scripting of Infrastructure services.
•Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively, resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports
•Provide production systems support that may include duties such as deployment, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Cloud Infrastructure services (Compute & Network services) 24X7, production SAAS environments
•Performance monitoring and tuning the Windows and Linux for most optimal operational efficiency
The position requires practical hands on knowledge and a thorough understanding of network routing, security architecture. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Support ticket / queue management, as well as capacity and growth of the environment
•Provide network deployment, configuration, support and upgrades of Firewalls, Load balancers, WAN accelerators, Switches, Routers as well as WAN circuits, MPLS and VPN services.
•Manage IP address’ and scopes as well as DNS records
•Manage and contain business risk as it pertains to the Cloud network infrastructure.
•Collaborate with Corporate IT, Technical Operations, Platform and DBA teams to assess future growth and capacity requirements
•Support and work within the ITIL support structure for Change, Problem and Capacity management
•Participate in 24x7 system support rotation and handle escalations in a high-pressure environment


• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Managing large scale enterprise environments, with at least 2+ years in a large Cloud based Public Infrastructure services, Google preferred.
• Must have knowledge of Windows SQL Server in High Availability environments
• Experience with third party Anti-Virus solutions and associated management of AV policy across multi environment deployments
• Expertise in designing and supporting infrastructure services is mandatory.
• Hands on experience in scripting such as Power Shell, Python and Perl.
• Experience in supporting Windows and Linux server clusters.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in working within controlled environment would be an advantage
