The Delivery Assurance Manager will act as the point of entry and tactical oversight for all Partner led or augmented services engagements for both the Manufacturing and Service & Delivery Verticals. This role will require active and continual engagement in all delivery aspects including (but not limited to) onboarding of partner resources, adherence to compliance and methodology (tools, project reporting, etc.), Customer Satisfaction monitoring, financial reconciliation, forecasting, invoicing, project reviews, corporate navigation and escalation initiation, project reporting, and engagement with Corporate Partner functions. The primary objective of this function is to ensure that all Partner involved deliveries remain consistent to the standards established by UKG and fully representative of the experience and advocacy expected by our clients.

The Delivery Assurance Manager confidently uses their skills and experience in business consulting and project leadership to provide stewardship and support for partner involved activities. This role requires a mature tone, a disciplined work ethic, strong collaboration and communication skills, and understanding of project-based finances, and creative problem solving.

• Evaluates business outcomes and effectively advises on business decisions.
• Understands UKG solution offerings to effectively offer guidance and best practice recommendations to partners.
• Ability to communicate with deep context; strong written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and resource forecasting
• Proven coaching and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with and present to multiple levels of internal and client leadership.
• Facility to maintain a mature and constructive disposition in all matters and in all situations
• Effectively manage conflicts and escalations by reading the situation quickly and helping others find common ground or rapidly engaging higher leadership for guidance;
• Aptitude to identify and drive process improvements that support the objectives of the position and business vertical.
• Read and understand contracts, statements of work, invoices, and many other governing business constructs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Three-plus years of project management and/or customer facing consulting experience
• Broad knowledge of Payroll, Scheduling, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge
• Experience working with UKG (Kronos or Ultimate) products, is preferred
• Experience working on global / international deliveries
• Experience leading/directing implementations
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong experience scheduling, preparing, and delivering presentations and status reports;
• Superb written and oral communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Smart Sheets, and SharePoint
• Must be able to multitask
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
