Description

Purpose:
As a DataWatch Admin Advisor/Data Migration Analyst for Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR), you operate as the subject matter expert for data extraction, standardization, and conversion from 3rd party software solutions into WFR. You’ll be responsible for working with key stakeholders to define and build our “best practice” data conversion models. This critical role will maintain existing models, manage the model roadmap, work with management to develop data conversion strategies, and provide documentation for all existing models. You will work directly with WFR Professional Services and Services Enablement to ensure that we are creating best-in-class solutions to solve our customers’ complex data challenges.

Essential Functions:
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to identify and define data conversion requirements
• Develop and implement standardized data conversion models using the DataWatch Monarch software platform
• Validate, test, and maintain all developed data conversion models to ensure successful upload of data from 3rd party provider to Workforce Ready.
• Analyze existing conversion processes and identify/address problems impacting the quality of our data conversions and implementations
• Work with end users of models (Implementation Consultants) to ensure successful conversion and uploading of customer Data into WFR; may assist in end user training
• Function as Administrator of DataWatch Monarch platform for Kronos Workforce Ready
• Document and own best practices for developing, executing and maintaining all aspects of the Datawatch system
• Participate in and occasionally lead cross-functional internal process improvement projects
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Training, Experience, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant field required
• Experience with T-SQL, SQL server, ETL tools, or Data conversion, de-duplication, and cleansing tools
• At least two years working with databases or on complex data related projects
• Demonstrated understanding of relational database concepts
• Ability to quickly learn and gain expertise with the DataWatch Monarch platform
• Competent in scripting languages with the ability to effectively troubleshoot
• Advanced level Excel and Microsoft Office skills a plus
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills with internal and external customers
• Demonstrated experience to work cross-functionally to achieve project/program goals.

*Please note we are looking for this role to be based in either our Indianapolis, IN or Lowell, MA offices but are also open to remote with the right experience*
