Description

The Kronos Professional Services team is looking for a seasoned Data Manager and analytics professional who thrives on the chance to develop new data metrics and measurements from the ground up. As the Data Manager, you will oversee the development and use of Professional Services data systems and assist in the development of our data strategy. In addition, you will find efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures, be tech-savvy, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. This is a remote based / virtual position.

• Expertise with data analysis, relational data structures, and visualization tools to conduct hands-on advanced analyses using multiple data sources originating from different applications and systems
• Build compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards that enable us to democratize analytics and provide best in class reporting.
• Understanding of data structures and transformation – experience building data cubes strongly recommended
• Utilize statistics to identify the significance, noise and correlation in data
• Identify opportunities to use advanced analytics to develop new strategies and improve business performance
• Experience analyzing existing reporting and data processes and recommending change
• Roll-out and adoption of data strategy changes
• Experience developing data quality standards
• Expertise in ERP, CRM technologies and systems integration
• Data warehousing proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data management or analysis. Experience with Professional Services and IT organizations a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior executives and/or business partners unfamiliar with these concepts in a succinct, simple way
• Experience with data structures and tools typically used in Professional Services or Technology companies.
• Ability to autonomously identify opportunities for advanced analytics without being directed
• Advanced proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Extensive experience in building SQL queries across complex relational database experience
