The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high-level knowledge of the extensive Kronos product suite in order to properly assist customers. When requests are received, the coordinator will create tickets and dispatch them to the proper queue.

-Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence
-Confirm and/or update customer’s contact information
-Monitor customer self-ticket creation queue
-Reach out to on-call technicians for urgent customer issues
-Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies
-Assigned project work as necessary
-Timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Hours are Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 7 PM, and Monday - Wednesday 9 AM - 6 PM


-Exceptional communication and customer service skills
-Willing to adhere to strict lunch / break schedule
-Ability to multi-task
-Open toward accepting feedback and coaching
-Call center experience and/or being technologically savvy
-Bilingual a plus
