Kronos Help Desk Services removes the burden of specialized application support allowing organizations to concentrate on what matters most.
Once fully trained, this position will be scheduled from 9pm-8am, Monday-Thursday. Overnight shifts are eligible for shift differential in addition to base pay. Initial schedule while training will be 8a-5p Monday-Friday.

The overnight Customer Service Coordinator for the Help Desk Services Team is responsible for maintaining high-level knowledge of the extensive Kronos product suite in order to proactively monitor our customers. Using SharePoint and Excel to track scheduled events, the CSC will ensure key backend processes that our customers rely on for business continuity occur on time and without error.

-Create cases in Salesforce daily for detailed tracking of work completed
-Monitor scheduled events and back-end processes for customers in the Kronos Private Cloud
-Validate and document any errors and take appropriate action to correct
-Monitor clock communication and report errors
-Monitor customer specific email addresses and create cases to assign to appropriate resources
-Reach out to on-call technicians for urgent customer issues

Qualifications

-A/S Degree in relevant field of study or 2+ years relevant work experience
-Exceptional communication and customer service skills
-Detail oriented/strong organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel
-Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
-Microsoft Remote Desktop experience
-Windows Server 2012/2016 general knowledge
