We are looking for a customer marketing specialist who will play a role in implementing engagement strategies and plans to support post-sale on-boarding, retention and product adoption efforts. Working closely with product marketing, customer success, and global support as well as team members within the marketing department, this position will support the marketing strategy across the customer life cycle.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working collaboratively, resourceful by nature and not afraid to ask questions and is able segment and align messaging. Candidate should possess excellent communication and project management skills; attention to detail is a must. They are a self-starter with proven ability to deliver results.

Core Responsibilities:
• Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders (Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, Professional Services) to capture customer marketing requirements and oversee programs that positively impact how we engage with customers and drive adoption that translate into measurable objectives
• Assist in the development of messaging throughout customer life cycle communications that are tailored, personalized, and optimized to elate
• Work collaboratively with marketing programs to leverage content assets to drive engagement through various marketing channels
• Assist with event management for local and annual user conferences including but not limited to content planning and conceptualization, presentation development, and attendee management
• Work with product and industry marketing to ensure that customer marketing messaging is integrated as needed
• Collect, analyze and share market knowledge across customer segments, including pain points, purchase motivators, use case scenarios, and customer problems
• Identify content development opportunities to align with ongoing communication touch points, by customer segment and life cycle stage

Qualifications

Requirements
• BA/BS in marketing, business, communications or related field required
• 2+ years of B2C or B2B marketing experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical deliverables
• Ability to multi-task and set and manage expectations
• Experience in using social media platforms
• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS products
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, including PowerPoint
