As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead a team focused on developing content, programs, and communications that ensure our customers are getting the full value from their solutions. You understand the importance of delivering great experiences and know how to influence customers to grow their adoption of products. You can enthusiastically champion the UKG customer journey and work cross-functionally to create customer value and improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a passionate customer advocate who can work collaboratively with others to generate ideas, manage the planning process, and distribution of a wide range of customer-focused information in a variety of channels. You’ll work closely with various groups and all levels of the organization, including customer experience operations, product management and marketing, customer success, and professional services to develop the strategy and drive execution of programs that influence product adoption and retention.

Core Responsibilities
• Provide oversight and direction to a team of marketing professionals. Set goals to meet established objectives. Manage day-today performance and overall results as well as priorities and resources
• Create connections with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs throughout their product lifecycle
• Create impactful, engaging, and personalized content and programs to help customers optimize the use of their products and find relevant information at critical points in their journey
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to make recommendations that positively impact how we engage with customers and drive adoption
• Develop a strategy for UKG Dimension and UKG Workforce Central product releases communications and content
• Manage the strategy and content for in-person and virtual events


• BA/BS in marketing, customer service, management or related field required
• 7+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience, workforce management product experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead, preferably in a team-oriented workplace
• Broad technology awareness balanced with an intellectual curiosity for new concepts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and focus on quality output
• Strong analytical ability
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations, and deliver results. Thrives in change and is adaptable.
• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS products and Office 365
